Abstract: |
The watching brief revealed that above the natural silts lay organic deposits, probably formed at the edge of a river channel the formerly flowed down Wet Street until at least the end of the 17th century. These deposits were overlain by undated, possible dumped or alluvial deposits. [Au(abr)] |
