Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation trench was excavated on the site of the proposed development. Two 14th century wooden drains were identified, cut into natural river clays. A group of timber piles for a possible tieback structure for a revetment was also idnetified. These features were sealed by post-medieval dump deposits and cellaring. [Au(abr)] |
