Abstract: |
A rectangular stone structure surviving in five courses was identified in the centre of the excavation. Internal floors contained 12th-15th century pottery fragments and suggested the building was a domestic house. Walls of similar construction to the south-east and north-east were also recorded. A number of field boundaries or enclosure walls were found in the north-west edge of the excavation. [Au(adp)] |
