Abstract: |
<summary>Desk-based assessment and field appraisal were undertaken on the proposed disposal point. Aldreds Farm is first securely documented in the early 18th century, although it may date back to the 17th and possibly even earlier. The present farmhouse probably dates from the early 19th century and should be subject to a rapid building survey. A watching brief is recommended during the stripping of topsoil. {italon}AIP{italoff} |
