Abstract:		 An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a block of flats. Prehistoric and Roman material had been recorded in the vicinity, and medieval remains had been excavated nearby. One trench was excavated during the evaluation, but no finds or features of archaeological significance were observed. It was concluded that no further work would be necessary.[AIP]
