Abstract: |
<summary>Archaeological supervision and recording was undertaken as part of a reinstatement scheme at a damaged Bronze Age round barrow. A large, irregular pit had been cut into the top of the barrow and a makeshift shelter had been constructed. No artefacts were recovered during the works. In the longer term, the Forestry Commission is formulating a management plan to protect the barrows and also present them in their wider environmental context. {italon}AIP{italoff}{spacea}{italon}SMR Primary Record Numbers:{italoff} [?3654] |
