The watching brief was undertaken during ground reduction and the excavations of foundations and service trenches for a new dwelling. A late Saxon-Norman ditch was reorded, and a single probable Neolithic or Early Bronze Age flint flake recovered from the alluvial deposits. [Au(abr)] |
