Abstract: |
The assessment demonstrated that the site had a low archaeological potential for all past periods of human activity. As recently as the 19th century the bulk of the site lay in open agricultural or horticultural land. Because of the sites low archaeological potential, the impact of past agricultural or horticultural land use and of previous development, it was considered unlikely that the proposed development would have a significant archaeological impact.
