Abstract:		 At the request of RPS Clouston an archaeological assessment of Stewartshiels plantation, Otterburn was undertaken prior to its proposed development in accordance with the MoD Cultural Heritage Evaluation Brief (CHEB). A report was compiled on the site which included recommendations for future strategies. The assessment did not locate evidence for any archaeological features of importance, and demonstrated that any formerly existing were likely to have been severely damaged by forestry. [Au(abr)]
