Abstract:		 An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken on the proposed redevelopment site. Late prehistoric timbers had been recovered from an adjacent site and the assessment identified the potential for further timbers in the western part of the site. Structures associated with the gasworks, were also identified as possibly surviving in the western part of the site. [Au(adp)]
