Abstract: |
Two trial trenches were excavated in advance of two proposed additions to the school. The only features recovered related to the 19th century houses that once occupied the site. A deposit of natural flints in the upper part of the natural contained one flint core. The majority of finds were 19th century brick, tile, pottery and a Victorian halfpenny of the 1860's. A small sherd of Metropolitan Slipware was also found. [Au(adp)] |
