Abstract: |
The evaluation revealed post-medieval boundary ditche bases which were possibly tenement ditches set out in a grid pattern parallel to the line of the present day Brent Street. The upper strata of the site had been heavily truncated and disturbed during the construction of the recent car park. No evidence of earlier archaeology was encountered during the evaluation.
