Abstract: |
Past human use of the lower half of the application area was probably limited due to seasonal flooding. The recovery of Mesolithic flintwork from alluvial deposits from a stream that ran through the site suggested a late hunter-gatherer presence in the area. Other features were identified from aerial photographs which were indicative of agricultural activity. [AIP] |
