Abstract: |
A watching brief was carried out during groundworks at a development site, which lay within the medieval and post-medieval core of Bloxwich. The area was thought to have been occupied by parts of the backplots of medieval properties. During the watching brief, demolition rubble and a recent road, associated with 19th and 20th century school buildings which had formerly occupied the site, were recorded. No evidence of pre-19th century activity was encountered. [AIP] |
