Abstract: |
A fluxgate gradiometer survey was undertaken on 0.31ha of land at the Wong. The survey identified significant magnetic variation across the site, and this variability could be resolved into a series of magnetic anomalies. Most of these anomalies were interpreted as representing features of modern origin, as they had a spatial correlation with standing structures and fences containing ferrous features, though these had proved difficult to resolve due to the masking effects of modern activity.
