Abstract: |
<summary>17 trial-trenches and a series of boreholes were excavated, revealing evidence of Late Iron Age and Romano-British occupation on the higher slopes; a building of uncertain date that may be associated with 13th-14th century activity on site was also located. Finds recovered included a small assemblage of prehistoric flint, and Bronze Age, Iron Age, Roman and medieval pottery. {italon}Sec(abr)(5){italoff} |
