Abstract: |
An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the groundworks associated with the commercial redevelopment of the site. The evidence from the site suggested that there was something of the order between 0.6m and 2m of disturbed ground across the site. The average was probably around 1m in depth. The chances of any archaeology surviving on the site was considered remote. [Au(adp)] |
