Abstract: |
Evaluation at a series of sites along the proposed carriageway corridor of a road scheme identified a number of archaeological features which appeared to represent Romano-British and post-medieval activity, consisting primarily of two metalled sections of the Roman road from Bitton to Berkley, and a section of post-medieval trackway.
