Abstract: |
Archaeological observation and recording was undertaken of the groundworks. An area approximately 485-sq. m was exposed in the course of the works and ten features or deposits were noted. Most of this produced artefact evidence of Victorian/modern date and it seemed likely that the undated features were contemporary. No evidence for earlier occupation on the site was identified.
