Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken on land 100 metres to the NW of Boxgrove Priory Church, an early 12th century Benedictine foundation. A suspected 11th to 13th century posthole, with another possible medieval feature of indeterminate nature were located. The features may have been associated with the early development of the priory.
