Abstract: |
Observations revealed the foundations and cellar of a Victorian building and a well. A limestone wall, which probably marked the boundary of the site, was also observed. All three were probably contemporary. Documentary research showed that the house was known as Newtown House. One possible flint flake was recovered from the topsoil. [Au] |
