Abstract: |
A desk-based assessment determined that the area was one of significant importance in the history of the industrial revolution and in the history of Sir Robert Peel. The significance of Fazeley's landscape hinged upon the survival of a series of striking structures within a setting that was at the same time comprehensible in historical terms and highly attractive. Suggestions for the future conservation and interpretation of the area were put forward. [AIP] |
