Abstract: |
The watching brief was undertaken during groundworks for the redevelopment of the site. The observation of the deeper excavations revealed no significant archaeological deposits. Part of a cobbled surface was observed at the northern end of the site at a depth of 0.4m, but this was no earlier than 19th century in date. [Au(adp)] |
