Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of the redevelopment of the site for residential accommodation. The evaluation consisted of seven trenches which revealed evidence of Late Iron Age activity and Romano-British land-use. The evaluation indicated that past human activity in the area was concentrated in the west of the site, with little archaeological strata revealed in the eastern field. [Au(abr)] |
