Abstract: |
Two evaluation trenches were excavated at the site. In trench 1 post-medieval and medieval deposits were encountered along with a medieval rubbish pit. Trench 2 was excavated to locate the town's wall. A late medieval rubbish pit was identified along with evidence of the robbed out 13th century town wall. [Au(abr)] |
