Abstract: |
An impact assessment was undertaken in advance of proposed redevelopment at the site of a Grade II listed building. The results were produced as a separate appendix to an earlier report. The site lay partly over the remains of the 16th century Bridewell Palace, and a sequence of Thames waterfronts from the 12th-17th centuries was anticipated. Proposals were made for the preservation of remains in situ, and for the recording of areas threatened by the development.[AIP] |
