Abstract: |
The evaluation was carried out in advance of a residential development. Archaeological activity located at the north of the site included a potential boundary ditch, three post holes and a possible pit, all cut into the underlying gravel. To the south a large irregular linear feature was seen to cut into a potential buried soil horizon. All archaeological deposits were sealed by the subsoil. No finds were recovered. [Au(abr)] |
