The palaeoenvironmental study and watching brief on the borrow pits found large amounts of environmental information for the Mesolithic and Bronze Age periods. A human bone and several animal bones were dated to the Mesolithic and red deer antler bones were found from the Bronze Age deposits. [Au(adp)] |
