Abstract: |
An evaluation in advance of restoration of the ornamental 17th century mound in the gardens was undertaken by O.A.U. and volunteers from the University Archaeological Society. Aspects of the sites development including flattening of the top in the 18th century and the remains of paths and a probable Doric temple were revealed.[AIP] |
