Abstract: |
The proposed pipeline corridor ran directly to the north of a Scheduled Monument known as T'Old Ruins. The site was thought to have originated in the prehistoric period and was subsequently reoccupied in the medieval period. The northernmost limit of the Scheduled Area lay along the edge of a steep scarp into the dry valley in which the proposed pipeline route would run. [Au(abr)] |
