Abstract: |
The location of the two trenches were directly behind buildings between 23 and 27 Bailey Street. Trench one showed successive levels of dumping and burning from the modern day back to the medieval period. It was likely that the use of this particular patch of land remained unchanged for some time. [Au(adp)] |
