<summary>Feature disclosed during watching brief in hand-dug post/upright footing (one of ten such footings, {italon}circa{italoff} 85cm square). Truncated by plough but surviving to 43cm depth below plough. Visible in NE (and SW) section, so possibly gully-like feature rather than regular pit? Probably prehistoric, though no finds.
