Abstract: |
The assessment concluded that the archaeological potential of the site for all periods was defined as low. Previous land use and development on the site was unlikely to have had a significant archaeological impact, though localised impacts would have occurred. The proposed development was unlikely to have any severe archaeological impact, due to the shallow depth of the new foundations. For this reason, and because of the sites low archaeological potential, the report did not recommend the implementation of any further archaeological mitigation measures. [AIP] |
