Abstract: |
An evaluation was carried out at the proposed site of a residential development. Prehistoric and Roman remains had been recorded in the surrounding area. A linear feature containing a small quantity of post-medieval pottery, brick and tile was revealed, and remains of the school which formerly occupied the site were encountered. It was concluded that no further archaeological work would be necessary. [AIP] |
