Abstract:
A total of ten archaeological sites were recorded within the study area, the majority of these cropmarks of prehistoric features with a small number of upstanding remains. The Scheduled Ancient Monuments of the Roman fort and adjacent prehistoric settlement were arguably unaffected by the proposed development. Geophysical survey was recommended. [Au(adp)]
