Abstract: |
An archaeological evaluation was undertaken in advance of the redevelopment of the sitee. The eastern part of the site bordered a cutting for the abandoned Fordingbridge to Salisbury railway where Bronze Age cremations were recovered during its construction in 1865. No evidence of Bronze Age cremations was found, or anything else of archaeological significance. [AIP] |
