Abstract: |
A watching brief was maintained during works for the conversion and extension of a barn on land on the western side of a small motte and bailey castle. An indistinct feature, possibly a remnant of the bank of the outer bailey, was revealed, and a layer of probably modern rubble identified. [AIP] |
