Abstract: |
An evaluation was undertaken to assess the extent and depth of surviving archaeology in the area of a known early Anglo-Saxon cemetery. The trench revealed at least three early Anglo-Saxon graves and a medieval chalk pit. Grave goods included a copper alloy square headed brooch and an iron axehead. [Au(abr)] |
