Abstract: |
An archaeological desk-based assessment was undertaken in order to define the archaeological potential of Fen Croft in advance of the proposed construction of new dwellings and associated services within an area of 1.78ha. The study area lay to the west of the historic medieval core of the village of Leverington. From a review of archaeological and historical resources, the greatest potential was for post-medieval remains. [Au(abr)] |
