The abstract describing the content of the publication or report
Abstract:		 The assessment concluded that the site lay in an area of generalised potential for Palaeolithic and prehistoric remains. Significant Palaeolithic assemblages have been recorded close to the site, usually from a considerable depth. Such deposits would not be impacted by development. A Neolithic settlement and funerary monument has been identified nearby, as well as a possible Iron Age field system. If such remains were found on site, they would be greatly affected by the proposed development. An archaeological evaluation was recommended. [Au(abr)]
