Abstract: |
A watching brief was undertaken on groundworks at the site. The remains of a truncated stone wall forming a structure of medieval date was identified. A contemporary, less substantial wall was also identified of a contemporary date. The remains of a stone foundation (possibly of a boundary or enclosure) was recorded along with a 19th century well and cobbled surface. [Au(abr)] |
