Abstract: |
The desktop assessment identified three sites which lay wholly or partially within the proposed development area. These comprised part of a medieval settlement which may have extended into a small area along the south-eastern edge of the site, a pre-19th century farmhouse, and a post-medieval duck decoy pond.
