Abstract
Monuments of War; The evaluation, recording and management of twenti...
1 - 24
This volume presents the results of a seminar hosted by English Heritage at the Society of Antiquaries of London in April 1997 entitled 'Monuments of War'. This seminar covered a diversity of topics and themes relating to the management of twentieth-century conflict sites. The seminar provided an opportunity to present the methodology and initial results of the survey of archival sources undertaken by Dr Colin Dobinson for English Heritage's Monuments Protection Programme (MPP), which was a review of England's archaeological resource for the purposes of more representative scheduling in the future.
