Contains reports from many of the principal bodies working in Welsh archaeology - RCAMW, the archaeological Trusts, the National Trust, etc, and short reports on sites and finds. Longer reports are included on the Glandy Cross Neo-BA ritual complex (Dyfed); the survey of Mynydd Preseli (Dyfed: inconclusive as to quarrying or collection of bluestones, but much other evidence); ceramic petrology in Wales; early copper mining on Copa Hill (Dyfed: Bronze Age on the evidence of 14C dates); Clwt Camp (Powys: survey and computer imaging); a Roman marching camp near Nantmel (Powys); Capel Llewelyn, Welshpool (Powys); Haverfordwest Priory (Dyfed); and Monmouth (Gwent). |
