Study of over 200 skeletons from five late RB sites in the Upper Thames Valley (Cassington, Queensford Mill, Radley, Stanton Harcourt, and Curbridge), with individual details tabulated. Evidence of age at death and of health is given: diseases noted include the earliest recorded case of TB. Three of the cemeteries contained prone and decapitated burials, which are considered in a national context: no explanation is found for the choice of individuals for this treatment. Au(much abr)
