Abstract:		 Eight evaluation trenches were dug within an area of the proposed extension to the existing workings at Lynford Quarry, Mundford. A ditch of unknown date was recorded in two of the trenches and a small number of finds were recovered from its fill. A palaeochannel was recorded within three of the trenches from which a small quantity of finds were recovered.
