Abstract:		 An evaluation was undertaken in July 2007 by ASC Ltd at Park Farm, Tyringham Park. The work was required as an archaeological planning condition in response to development proposals to alter and extend the existing dwelling. The site is situated on the edge of the floodplain of the river Ouse, in which the ploughed-out remains of ''ring ditches'', circular burial mounds belonging to the Bronze Age period, have been recorded. However, the evaluation trenches were devoid of archaeological remains in the area immediately to the east of the present building.
