Abstract:		 A watching brief was conducted in advance of housing development.The majority of the site contained 19th/20th century features and deposits. 6 nineteenth century leather tanpits were uncovered in the north-east of the site. These tanpits were made of of oak and in a relatively good condition, these were recorded. No further work is recommended in connection with the site.
