Abstract: |
A Planning Application has been submitted to Leicester City Council for the change of use of the Former NatWest Bank, St Martins, Leicester. The proposed changes will involve conversion of the building from a bank into residential flats, a restaurant, and retail use. University of Leicester Archaeological Services has been contracted by Prism North on behalf of Kaikora Investments Ltd. to carry out an Historic Building Impact Assessment of the proposed changes |
