Abstract:		 Archaeological Evaluation. 3m by 3m hand dug trench at the rear of the property revealed 13th century deposits containing metal working debris. These deposits were cut by a large 16th/17th century pit containing pottery and fragments of a clay mould possibly for casting brass cooking pots.
